Wrong Item Shipped

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at electrosupplement@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the damage and packaging immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will review on a case-by-case basis.
